our story
Flan Factory
As a first generation Tampeño, born and raised in West Tampa, it was always important to my abuela that my family take pride in our Cuban heritage, and keep our family traditions alive.

OrderI am still dreaming about their food! We got several things off the menu, since it was our first time. We were SO impressed by the flavor & quality of the food.
Had the French toast, finger licking good. Family had a few different dishes. They all said they were amazing. A few different flan flavors are a perfect ending. My family always wants to visit this place when they come down from NYC.
Cute spot downtown I loved the food and they had so many flan flavors. Came with family for brunch and we'll definitely be back. The employees were very kind and knowledgeable. They have over 200 flavors of flan! If you love flan this is a must try place for you. The sandwiches were great as well as the breakfast bowl.
This was our first time trying here. I knew they were famous for their Cuban sandwich, and it lived up to its reputation. The bread was soft yet firm; pressed perfectly. The meat was fresh and tasty. We also got the plantain chips and enjoyed them as well. Besides their Cuban sandwich, they have at least a dozen other sandwiches to choose from. They have twenty or more choices of flan toppings, and we tried the salted caramel. Everyone was very friendly, adding to the experience.
Not just flan! The food is phenomenal too. Pork sandwich is to die for. Empanadas fried and crispy.
